These terms apply when you browse or buy from Little Atelier — our kidswear store sized by age band. By placing an order you agree to them. A parent or guardian must place orders for children.

We sell ethnic, birthday, party, everyday, and newborn clothes. Product photos, age bands, and fabric notes are a guide. Colours can look a little different on your screen. Stock moves quickly; if a size sells out after you check out, we will write to you and refund that line.

You may check out as a guest or create an account with a phone number. You are responsible for the phone and password you use. Guest orders are looked up later with the order number and the delivery phone.

Prices on the product page include applicable taxes. Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are added at checkout and shown in the price breakdown. Coupon codes have their own rules (minimum bag, category, first order). We may withdraw a code if it is used outside those rules.

An order is placed when you confirm checkout (COD) or when payment is captured (UPI / cards). We may refuse or cancel an order if the address cannot be served, stock is missing, or we suspect misuse. If we cancel, we refund any amount already paid.

Give a deliverable address and a phone that can receive courier calls. Age-band sizes are not adult XS–XL — pick the band that matches the child. If you are between bands, size up.

Product photos, copy, and the Little Atelier name belong to us. You may not copy the catalogue for another shop.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or incorrect addresses. Our liability for a product is limited to its price on that order.
