Shipping policy

We currently ship across India to serviceable pincodes. If a courier cannot reach your pin, checkout or the warehouse team will tell you and we will refund prepaid amounts.

• Standard — usually 4–6 working days after pack. ₹99, free when the bag is ₹2,999 or more (before coupon, as shown at checkout).
• Express — usually 1–2 working days after pack. ₹199.
• Cash on delivery — extra ₹40, collected with the order. Prepaid (UPI / cards) has no COD fee.

Taxes on items are already in the product price. The checkout breakdown shows items, coupon, shipping, and COD before you pay.

Confirmed orders are packed in the order they arrive, subject to stock. You will get the order number on confirmation. Tracking and courier name appear on the order once we hand it over.

Festive weeks, remote pins, and weather can add days. We will update the order page when we have a new estimate. We are not liable for courier delays beyond handing the parcel over.

If nobody is available after the courier’s attempts, the parcel may return to us. Write to us with the order number; we can reship (fresh shipping may apply) or refund.

You have 7 days from delivery to ask for a size swap on unused pieces with tags on. Write to the email or WhatsApp in the footer with the order number, SKU, and the age band you need. If that size is gone, we will refund that line. Return shipping for a size swap we got wrong is on us; a change of mind may be on you.

Photograph the parcel and the piece on the day it arrives and write to us. We will replace or refund after we confirm.
