Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use Little Atelier, why we need it, and how long we keep it. We sell kids clothes; orders are placed by adults.

• Name, phone, email, and delivery address when you order or create an account
• Order history, coupon use, and Spin & Win plays
• Payment references from Razorpay if you pay prepaid (we do not store full card numbers)
• Cookies needed to keep your bag, theme, and sign-in session
• Optional Google sign-in details if you choose that path

We use this to fulfil orders, send order updates, apply coupons, prevent fraud, and improve the shop. We do not sell your phone book to other brands.

Prepaid checkout goes through Razorpay. Their privacy terms apply to the payment step. Cash on delivery does not send card data.

We share what a courier needs (name, phone, address) to deliver. We share what the payment provider needs to take a prepaid payment. We may share data if the law requires it.

The store is for buying kidswear. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. A parent or guardian must place the order.

Orders and invoices are kept as long as tax and dispute rules require. You can ask us to close an account; we will keep what the law says we must.

Write to the email in the footer to see, correct, or delete account data we hold, or to stop marketing messages. Transactional order mail will still go out for open orders.

We use cookies for the bag, theme, sign-in, and one Spin & Win play per day. You can block cookies in the browser; the shop may then lose your bag on refresh.
